How it works

1. Activate Sensei's Divining Top's second ability by tapping it.
2. Holding priority, activate Mind Over Matter by discarding a card, targeting Sensei's Divining Top.
3. Containment Construct triggers, allowing you to exile the discarded card with the ability to play it until end of turn.
4. Resolve the Mind Over Matter ability, untapping Sensei's Divining Top.
5. Activate Sensei's Divining Top's second ability by tapping it, causing you to draw a card and put Sensei's Divining Top on top of your library.
6. Resolve the Sensei's Divining Top ability from step 1, causing you to draw Sensei's Divining Top from your library.
7. Activate a mana-producing permanent by tapping it, adding at least 1.
8. Activate Mind Over Matter by discarding Sensei's Divining Top, targeting the mana-producing permanent.
9. Containment Construct triggers, exiling Sensei's Divining Top from your graveyard with the ability to play it until end of turn.
10. Resolve the Mind Over Matter ability, untapping the targeted permanent.
11. Cast Sensei's Divining Top from exile by paying 1.
12. Repeat.

This engine transforms your deck into an endless loop by using Mind Over Matter to continuously untap Sensei's Divining Top and your mana sources, letting you draw and redraw your entire library. The clever addition of Containment Construct turns your required discards into an advantage rather than a cost, exiling those discarded cards so you can simply cast Sensei's Divining Top right back out of exile and keep the chain going.
