How it works

1. Activate Extruder by sacrificing Phyrexian Walker
2. When Phyrexian Walker dies, Mortuary triggers, putting Phyrexian Walker from your graveyard onto the top of your library.
3. Resolve the Extruder ability.
4. Cast Phyrexian Walker from the top of your library by paying 0 life.
5. Repeat.

This clever loop relies on Bolas's Citadel to let you cast creatures directly from the top of your library for life instead of mana. When you sacrifice Phyrexian Walker to fund Extruder's ability, Mortuary immediately catches the creature on its way to the graveyard and places it right back on top of your library. Because the Walker costs zero mana, Bolas's Citadel lets you replay it for free (paying zero life), allowing you to endlessly repeat the sacrifice to grow your creatures with Extruder's +1/+1 counters while generating an infinite storm count.
