How it works

1. Activate Phantom Train by sacrificing Phyrexian Walker.
2. Cast Phyrexian Walker from your graveyard by paying 0. It will not enter with a finality counter on it due to Solemnity.
3. Repeat.

This clever recycling loop turns the graveyard into an endless engine by leveraging Leonardo, Sewer Samurai's ability to let you cast creatures with power or toughness 1 or less—such as Phyrexian Walker—right back out of your graveyard. Ordinarily, those creatures would enter with a finality counter and be exiled upon death, but Solemnity acts as a brilliant anchor by preventing all counters from being placed on creatures entirely. This means your Walker enters completely clean every single time, ready to be sacrificed to Phantom Train to grow its power and fuel an infinite storm count, death triggers, and sacrifice loops.
