How it works

1. Activate any number of lands you control by tapping them, adding at least 4.
2. Cast Turnabout by paying 2, untapping all lands you control.
3. Cast Ghostly Flicker by paying 2, blinking Shipwreck Dowser and Vampire Charmseeker.
4. When Shipwreck Dowser and Vampire Charmseeker enter the battlefield, they trigger, returning Turnabout and Ghostly Flicker from your graveyard to your hand.
5. Repeat.

This loop operates like a well-oiled arcane engine, continuously recycling its fuel to generate infinite mana and spell casts. By casting Turnabout to untap your lands after tapping them for plenty of mana, you fund the rest of the sequence while leaving enough floating to cast Ghostly Flicker. That flicker exiles both Shipwreck Dowser and Vampire Charmseeker, immediately triggering their entry abilities to pluck Turnabout and Ghostly Flicker right back out of your graveyard and into your hand. Because both creatures return to the battlefield and repeat this retrieval process indefinitely, you can endlessly loop the entire spell and creature combination to fuel your victory.
