How it works

1. Cast Ghostly Flicker by paying its mana cost, blinking Abdel Adrian.
2. Abdel Adrian leaves the battlefield, returning Vampire Charmseeker and all other cards that were exiled with it to the battlefield.
3. Abdel Adrian and Vampire Charmseeker trigger.
4. Resolve the Vampire Charmseeker trigger, returning Ghostly Flicker from your graveyard to your hand.
5. Holding priority, activate any number of nonland permanents you control by tapping them, adding at least enough mana to cast Ghostly Flicker.
6. Resolve the Abdel Adrian trigger, exiling Vampire Charmseeker and the mana-producing permanents until Abdel Adrian leaves the battlefield, and creating a 1/1 Soldier creature token for each permanent exiled this way.
7. Repeat.

This brilliant Commander-legal loop transforms a modest blink spell into a recursive engine by leveraging Abdel Adrian, Gorion's Ward to repeatedly cycle your board. When Ghostly Flicker targets Abdel Adrian alongside another permanent, Abdel's leave-the-battlefield trigger returns Vampire Charmseeker to the battlefield, whose entry trigger pulls Ghostly Flicker right back out of your graveyard. Meanwhile, Abdel's fresh entry trigger exiles Vampire Charmseeker and any mana-producing permanents you control, flooding the board with an endless army of 1/1 Soldier tokens while constantly refreshing your resources.
