How it works

1. Cast Justiciar's Portal by paying its mana cost, blinking Abdel Adrian.
2. Abdel Adrian leaves the battlefield, returning Vampire Charmseeker and all other cards that were exiled with it to the battlefield.
3. Abdel Adrian and Vampire Charmseeker trigger.
4. Resolve the Vampire Charmseeker trigger, returning Justiciar's Portal from your graveyard to your hand.
5. Holding priority, activate any number of nonland permanents you control by tapping them, adding at least enough mana to cast Justiciar's Portal.
6. Resolve the Abdel Adrian trigger, exiling Vampire Charmseeker and the mana-producing permanents until Abdel Adrian leaves the battlefield, and creating a 1/1 Soldier creature token for each permanent exiled this way.
7. Repeat.

This clever loop relies on Abdel Adrian, Gorion's Ward cycling continuously in and out of exile, fueled by Justiciar's Portal to restart the entire sequence. Each time Abdel Adrian re-enters the battlefield, he vacuums up your other nonland permanents—including Vampire Charmseeker—and populates your board with a growing army of 1/1 Soldier creature tokens. Vampire Charmseeker plays its crucial supporting role upon arrival by plucking Justiciar's Portal right back out of your graveyard, ensuring you always have the blink spell ready to cast again.
