How it works

1. Cast Illusionist's Stratagem by paying its mana cost, blinking Abdel Adrian.
2. Abdel Adrian leaves the battlefield, returning Vampire Charmseeker and all other cards that were exiled with it to the battlefield.
3. Abdel Adrian and Vampire Charmseeker trigger.
4. Resolve the Vampire Charmseeker trigger, returning Illusionist's Stratagem from your graveyard to your hand.
5. Holding priority, activate any number of nonland permanents you control by tapping them, adding at least enough mana to cast Illusionist's Stratagem.
6. Resolve the Abdel Adrian trigger, exiling Vampire Charmseeker and the mana-producing permanents until Abdel Adrian leaves the battlefield, and creating a 1/1 Soldier creature token for each permanent exiled this way.
7. Repeat.

This brilliant loop sets up a recursive flicker engine centered around Abdel Adrian, Gorion's Ward, using Illusionist's Stratagem to repeatedly bounce him and churn out Soldier tokens. Every time Abdel Adrian re-enters the battlefield, his trigger lets you swallow up mana-producing permanents along with Vampire Charmseeker, which immediately triggers its entry ability to pluck Illusionist's Stratagem right back out of your graveyard. By tapping those permanents for mana before they get exiled again, you continuously fund the next casting of Illusionist's Stratagem while drawing your entire deck in the process.
