How it works

1. Cast Flicker by paying its mana cost, blinking Abdel Adrian.
2. Abdel Adrian leaves the battlefield, returning Vampire Charmseeker and all other cards that were exiled with it to the battlefield.
3. Abdel Adrian and Vampire Charmseeker trigger.
4. Resolve the Vampire Charmseeker trigger, returning Flicker from your graveyard to your hand.
5. Holding priority, activate any number of nonland permanents you control by tapping them, adding at least enough mana to cast Flicker.
6. Resolve the Abdel Adrian trigger, exiling Vampire Charmseeker and the mana-producing permanents until Abdel Adrian leaves the battlefield, and creating a 1/1 Soldier creature token for each permanent exiled this way.
7. Repeat.

This brilliant loop relies on Abdel Adrian, Gorion's Ward to continuously exile and return your other assets, fueling the engine with every iteration. By casting Flicker to blink Abdel Adrian, you reset his enter-the-battlefield trigger and free Vampire Charmseeker from his previous exile. That Vampire Charmseeker then returns to hand the very same Flicker that started the process, while any tapped mana-producing permanents get swept back up into Abdel Adrian's new exile zone to generate a massive army of Soldier tokens.
