How it works

1. Cast Splash Portal by paying its mana cost, blinking Abdel Adrian.
2. Abdel Adrian leaves the battlefield, returning Vampire Charmseeker and all other cards that were exiled with it to the battlefield.
3. Abdel Adrian and Vampire Charmseeker trigger.
4. Resolve the Vampire Charmseeker trigger, returning Splash Portal from your graveyard to your hand.
5. Holding priority, activate any number of nonland permanents you control by tapping them, adding at least enough mana to cast Splash Portal.
6. Resolve the Abdel Adrian trigger, exiling Vampire Charmseeker and the mana-producing permanents until Abdel Adrian leaves the battlefield, and creating a 1/1 Soldier creature token for each permanent exiled this way.
7. Repeat.

This elegant loop turns a simple blink spell into an unstoppable engine by leveraging Abdel Adrian, Gorion's Ward to repeatedly cycle your board. When Splash Portal banishes and returns Abdel Adrian, his entry trigger re-exiles your mana-producing permanents while bringing back Vampire Charmseeker, whose own entrance retrieves Splash Portal right back to your hand. As Vampire Charmseeker and your mana rocks are repeatedly swallowed and regurgitated by Abdel Adrian, you'll generate an endless tide of Soldier tokens and tap those rocks for infinite mana along the way.
