How it works

1. Cast Planar Incision by paying its mana cost, blinking Abdel Adrian.
2. Abdel Adrian leaves the battlefield, returning Vampire Charmseeker and all other cards that were exiled with it to the battlefield.
3. Abdel Adrian and Vampire Charmseeker trigger.
4. Resolve the Vampire Charmseeker trigger, returning Planar Incision from your graveyard to your hand.
5. Holding priority, activate any number of nonland permanents you control by tapping them, adding at least enough mana to cast Planar Incision.
6. Resolve the Abdel Adrian trigger, exiling Vampire Charmseeker and the mana-producing permanents until Abdel Adrian leaves the battlefield, and creating a 1/1 Soldier creature token for each permanent exiled this way.
7. Repeat.

This brilliant loop uses Abdel Adrian, Gorion's Ward as a rotating exile-engine that continuously vacuums up your own permanents and remakes them as an army of Soldier tokens. To keep the cycle spinning, Planar Incision acts as the initial spark that forces Abdel Adrian to leave and re-enter the battlefield, which in turn triggers Vampire Charmseeker upon its return to claw Planar Incision right back out of your graveyard. By weaving in mana-producing permanents during the process, you can tap them to pay for Planar Incision each time, letting you generate an infinite storm count, endless enter-the-battlefield triggers, and a boundless sea of tokens.
