How it works

1. Cast Against All Odds by paying its mana cost, blinking Abdel Adrian.
2. Abdel Adrian leaves the battlefield, returning Vampire Charmseeker and all other cards that were exiled with it to the battlefield.
3. Abdel Adrian and Vampire Charmseeker trigger.
4. Resolve the Vampire Charmseeker trigger, returning Against All Odds from your graveyard to your hand.
5. Holding priority, activate any number of nonland permanents you control by tapping them, adding at least enough mana to cast Against All Odds.
6. Resolve the Abdel Adrian trigger, exiling Vampire Charmseeker and the mana-producing permanents until Abdel Adrian leaves the battlefield, and creating a 1/1 Soldier creature token for each permanent exiled this way.
7. Repeat.

This loop kicks off by casting Against All Odds to blink Abdel Adrian, triggering his entry ability to exile your other mana-producing permanents along with Vampire Charmseeker, while spawning a swarm of 1/1 Soldier tokens in the process. When Abdel Adrian subsequently leaves the battlefield, everything he held returns—crucially allowing Vampire Charmseeker to trigger and retrieve Against All Odds from your graveyard right back to your hand. Tapping your mana sources in response to the stack lets you feed the loop infinitely, generating an endless cascade of enters-the-battlefield and leaves-the-battlefield triggers alongside a boundless army.
