How it works

1. Activate Mystic Sanctuary by tapping it, adding .
2. Cast Time Stretch by paying its mana cost, causing you to take two extra turns after this one.
3. Move to your first extra turn.
4. Activate Mystic Sanctuary by tapping it, adding .
5. Cast Ghostly Flicker by paying 2, blinking Mystic Sanctuary and Vampire Charmseeker.
6. When Vampire Charmseeker and Mystic Sanctuary enter the battlefield, they trigger.
7. Resolve the Vampire Charmseeker trigger, returning Ghostly Flicker from your graveyard to your hand.
8. Resolve the Mystic Sanctuary trigger, putting Time Stretch from your graveyard onto the top of your library.
9. Move to your next turn, drawing Time Stretch during your draw step.
10. Repeat.

This elegant spell-loop anchors itself on Time Stretch to grant you endless consecutive turns, locking out any opponent who hopes to draw another card. To sustain the loop, Ghostly Flicker continually resets your board, blinking both Mystic Sanctuary and Vampire Charmseeker simultaneously. Every time they return, Vampire Charmseeker immediately fishes Ghostly Flicker back out of your graveyard, while Mystic Sanctuary dips into the graveyard to stack Time Stretch right back onto the top of your library for your next draw step.
