How it works

  1. Activate Sliver Overlord's first ability by paying 3, searching your library for the lowest mana value Sliver creature card in your library and putting it into your hand.
  2. Cast the Sliver by paying its mana cost.
  3. When the Sliver enters the battlefield, Mana Echoes triggers, adding C for each Sliver on the battlefield.
  4. Repeat until you have no Slivers left in your library.
