How it works

1. Activate up to seven lands you control by tapping them, adding at least 3.
2. Cast Hypervolt Grasp by paying its mana cost, targeting Displacer Kitten
3. Displacer Kitten triggers, blinking Great Whale.
4. When Great Whale enters the battlefield, it triggers, untapping up to seven lands.
5. Resolve the Hypervolt Grasp spell.
6. Activate Hypervolt Grasp by paying 1, returning it from the battlefield to your hand.
7. Repeat.

This elegant loop harnesses the interaction between Displacer Kitten and Great Whale to generate a boundless cascade of mana and triggers. By casting Hypervolt Grasp as a noncreature spell, you trigger the *Avoidance* ability of Displacer Kitten to blink Great Whale, which in turn untaps your lands to pay for the action. You can then use Hypervolt Grasp's own activated ability to return it safely to your hand for the cost of just `{1}{U}`, leaving behind a freshly empowered creature enchanted by Hypervolt Grasp that is ready to repeat the cycle.
