How it works

1. Activate the creature by tapping it, dealing damage to an opponent's creature.
2. The opponent's creature dies due to deathtouch, triggering the second ability granted by Thornbite Staff, untapping your creature.
3. Repeat until all opponents' creatures die.
4. Repeat each time a creature enters the battlefield under an opponent's control.

This lethal loop turns any creature into an automated eradication engine by wrapping a few distinct pieces together into a unified death-dealing machine. By equipping Thornbite Staff and enchanting your creature with both Hypervolt Grasp and Rune of Mortality, you grant the creature the ability to ping targets for damage while simultaneously imbuing its attacks with lethal deathtouch. Every time a pinged creature falls to that deathtouch, the Staff's second ability triggers to untap your creature instantly, letting you fire again and clear away entire opposing boards in a single continuous chain.
