How it works

1. Activate Necrotic Ooze using Merfolk Looter's ability by tapping it, causing you to loot.
2. Wizard Class triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on Necrotic Ooze.
3. Activate Necrotic Ooze using Barrenton Medic's second ability by putting a -1/-1 counter on it, untapping it.
4. Repeat.

By granting Necrotic Ooze the activated abilities of both Merfolk Looter and Barrenton Medic while they rest in your graveyard, you create a self-sustaining loop of card filtration. Tapping the Ooze to loot triggers Wizard Class at Level 3, which places a +1/+1 counter directly onto the Ooze whenever you draw. You can then spend Barrenton Medic's ability to put a -1/-1 counter on Necrotic Ooze to untap it; the -1/-1 counter and +1/+1 counter immediately annihilate each other as state-based actions, leaving the Ooze fresh and ready to tap again. This lets you cycle through your entire deck at will, fueling endless draws and discards.
