How it works

1. Activate Necrotic Ooze using Arcanis' first ability by tapping it, causing you to draw three cards.
2. Wizard Class triggers three times, putting three +1/+1 counters on Necrotic Ooze.
3. Activate Necrotic Ooze using Barrenton Medic's second ability by putting a -1/-1 counter on it, untapping it.
4. Repeat.

By channeling the combined gifts of Barrenton Medic and Arcanis the Omnipotent from the graveyard, Necrotic Ooze creates an infinite loop of tapping to draw cards and untapping itself. Every time you tap to draw three cards with Arcanis's ability, Wizard Class's third-level static trigger sees those draws and places +1/+1 counters on the Ooze. You can then immediately convert a -1/-1 counter into an untap using Barrenton Medic's ability, letting you repeat the process endlessly while growing the Ooze to arbitrary size.
