How it works

1. Activate a permanent by tapping it, adding at least .
2. Cast Ghostly Flicker by paying due to Hinata, blinking Skullwinder and the permanent tapped for mana in step 1.
3. When Skullwinder enters the battlefield, it triggers, returning Ghostly Flicker from your graveyard to your hand.
4. Repeat.

This clever engine hinges on Hinata, Dawn-Crowned, whose passive cost-reduction ability turns a multi-target spell into a massive discount. Because Ghostly Flicker targets two distinct permanents—Skullwinder and your mana source—Hinata reduces its generic mana cost by two, making the spell cost just {U} to cast. When Skullwinder blinks onto the battlefield, its enters-the-battlefield trigger grabs Ghostly Flicker right back out of your graveyard, allowing you to loop the entire sequence infinitely.
