When Skullwinder and Mystic Sanctuary enter the battlefield, they trigger.
Resolve the Skullwinder trigger, returning Ghostly Flicker from your graveyard to your hand.
Resolve the Mystic Sanctuary trigger, putting Time Warp from your graveyard onto the top of your library.
Move to your next turn, drawing Time Warp during your draw step.
Repeat.
This elegant engine achieves infinite turns by recycling your entire spell suite straight out of the graveyard. By casting Ghostly Flicker, you reset both Skullwinder to retrieve your flicker spell and Mystic Sanctuary to place Time Warp right back on top of your library where your next draw step can claim it. Mystic Sanctuary's conditional untap requirement is easily satisfied in a deck built to support it, ensuring that every iteration feeds you another extra turn while keeping your loop fully intact.
