How it works

1. Cast Capture of Jingzhou by paying its mana cost, causing you to take an extra turn after this one.
2. Move to your next turn.
3. At the beginning of your upkeep, Extravagant Replication triggers, creating a token copy of Skullwinder.
4. When the Skullwinder token enters the battlefield, it triggers, returning Capture of Jingzhou from your graveyard to your hand.
5. Repeat.

This clever loop turns the upkeep step into a perpetual motion machine by leveraging Extravagant Replication to constantly clone Skullwinder. Every time the token enters the battlefield, its triggered ability digs Capture of Jingzhou right back out of your graveyard and into your hand, letting you cast it again to take another extra turn. While Skullwinder does force an opponent to recover a card from their own graveyard as well, the sheer inevitability of chaining endless turns ensures you can lock down the game completely.
