How it works

  1. Cast Essence Flux by paying U mana.
  2. Sedgemoor Witch triggers, creating a 1/1 Pest creature token.
  3. Resolve Essence Flux, blinking Skullwinder.
  4. Skullwinder enters the battlefield, returning Essence Flux from your graveyard to your hand and causing target opponent to return a card from their graveyard to their hand.
  5. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing the Pest, adding U mana.
  6. The Pest dies, causing you to gain 1 life.
  7. Repeat.
