How it works

1. Activate Goblin Bombardment by sacrificing Scrap Trawler.
2. When Scrap Trawler dies, it triggers, returning Myr Retriever from your graveyard to your hand.
3. Resolve the Goblin Bombardment ability, dealing 1 damage to any target.
4. Cast Myr Retriever by paying 0.
5. Activate Goblin Bombardment by sacrificing Myr Retriever.
6. When Myr Retriever dies, it triggers, returning Scrap Trawler from your graveyard to your hand.
7. Resolve the Goblin Bombardment ability, dealing 1 damage to any target.
8. Cast Scrap Trawler by paying 0.
9. Repeat.

This ingenious engine turns damage into an endless recycling loop, fueled entirely by life loss. With Goblin Bombardment providing a repeatable sacrifice outlet to deal damage, you can easily enable Rakdos, Lord of Riots to drastically slash the costs of your creature spells. As Scrap Trawler and Myr Retriever sacrifice themselves and ping away at your opponents, Scrap Trawler's graveyard retrieval rescues Myr Retriever, which in turn brings back Scrap Trawler whenever it dies. This symbiotic loop lets you recast both artifacts for free over and over again, converting the mana reduction from Rakdos into infinite damage, deaths, and storm count.
