How it works

1. During your upkeep, Stasis triggers.
2. Holding priority, activate a nonland permanent by tapping it, adding at least .
3. Resolve the Stasis trigger, causing you to pay .
4. At the beginning of your endstep, Unstoppable Plan triggers, untapping all nonland permanents you control.
5. While Stasis is on the battlefield, players will skip their untap steps.
