How it works

  3. Tolarian Kraken triggers three times. Resolve the first two triggers, causing you to pay 2 to untap Arcanis and Circle of Dreams Druid.
  4. Resolve the last Tolarian Kraken trigger, choosing not to pay.
  5. Repeat.
