How it works

1. Activate Vhal by tapping it, adding at least CCC that cannot be spent to cast spells from your hand.
2. Activate Arcanis's first ability by tapping it, causing you to draw three cards.
3. Tolarian Kraken triggers three times. Resolve the first two triggers, causing you to pay 2 to untap Arcanis and Vhal.
4. Resolve the last Tolarian Kraken trigger, choosing not to pay.
5. Repeat.

This clever loop centers around Arcanis the Omnipotent, whose tap ability fuels your hand while simultaneously triggering Tolarian Kraken three times. As those draws pile up, the Kraken allows you to pay for its untap triggers using the restricted mana generated by Vhal, Candlekeep Researcher. With Vhal and Arcanis continually refreshed by the Kraken's ability, you can draw your entire deck and generate boundless colorless mana to power your victory.
