How it works

1. Activate Weaver of Currents by tapping it, adding CC.
2. Activate Arcanis's first ability by tapping it, causing you to draw three cards.
3. Tolarian Kraken triggers three times. Resolve the first two triggers, causing you to pay 2 to untap Arcanis and Weaver of Currents.
4. Resolve the last Tolarian Kraken trigger, choosing not to pay.
5. Repeat.
