How it works

1. Activate Workhose by removing all +1/+1 counters from it, adding at least CC.
2. Workhorse dies as a state-based action due to having 0 toughness.
3. Othelm triggers, untapping itself.
4. Activate Othelm by paying 2 and tapping it, returning Workhorse from your graveyard to the battlefield tapped with four +1/+1 counters on it.
5. Activate Workhose by removing all +1/+1 counters from it, adding CCCC.
6. Repeat from step 2.
