How it works

  1. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Deranged Hermit, adding 1.
  2. Activate Othelm by paying 2 and tapping it, returning Deranged Hermit from your graveyard to the battlefield tapped.
  3. Deranged Hermit enters the battlefield, creating four 1/1 Squirrel creature tokens.
  4. Activate Phyrexian Altar twice by sacrificing two Squirrel tokens, adding 1U mana.
  5. Activate Freed from the Real's second ability by paying U mana, untapping Othelm.
  6. Repeat.
