How it works

1. Activate the creature by tapping it, dealing damage to an opponent's creature.
2. The opponent's creature dies due to deathtouch, triggering the second ability granted by Thornbite Staff, untapping your creature.
3. Repeat until all opponents' creatures die.
4. Repeat each time a creature enters the battlefield under an opponent's control.

This clever setup transforms any equipped creature into a relentless executioner by combining multiple layers of damage and triggered abilities. You start by using Power of Fire to grant the enchanted creature a direct ping ability, while Quietus Spike bolsters the arsenal by handing out deathtouch. Finally, Thornbite Staff rounds out the trinity by giving the creature its own tap-to-damage capability and, crucially, a static untap trigger that fires every single time *any* creature dies. Because deathtouch turns even a single point of ping damage into a lethal blow, every target your creature strikes instantly perishes, which in turn untaps the engine and lets you repeat the slaughter until the opposing board is completely wiped clean.
