How it works

1. During your upkeep, activate Teardrop Kami by sacrificing it, targeting Hell's Caretaker.
2. When Teardrop Kami dies, Sifter of Skulls triggers, creating a 1/1 Eldrazi Scion creature token.
3. Resolve the Teardrop Kami trigger, untapping Hell's Caretaker.
4. Activate Hell's Caretaker by tapping it and sacrificing the Eldrazi Scion, returning Teardrop Kami from your graveyard to the battlefield.
5. Repeat.

This clever loop relies on the constant recycling of Teardrop Kami, which sacrifices itself to untap Hell's Caretaker via its ability. Every time Teardrop Kami hits the graveyard, Sifter of Skulls triggers to provide an Eldrazi Scion token to feed Hell's Caretaker's upkeep-restricted resurrection cost. Because Hell's Caretaker can then pull Teardrop Kami right back out of the graveyard using that very same sacrificed Scion, the process is fully self-sustaining.
