How it works

1. During your upkeep, activate Teardrop Kami by sacrificing it, targeting Hell's Caretaker.
2. When Teardrop Kami dies, Blight Mound triggers, creating a 1/1 Pest creature token.
3. Resolve the Teardrop Kami trigger, untapping Hell's Caretaker.
4. Activate Hell's Caretaker by tapping it and sacrificing the Pest, targeting Teardrop Kami.
5. When the Pest dies, it triggers, causing you to gain 1 life.
6. Resolve the Hell's Caretaker ability, returning Teardrop Kami from your graveyard to the battlefield.
7. Repeat.

This clever loop turns the graveyard-recursion engine of Hell's Caretaker into an ongoing exchange by leveraging Teardrop Kami as both sacrifice fodder and the untap mechanism needed to keep the activation flowing.
