How it works

3. Herd Baloth triggers, creating a creature token.

5. Repeat from step 2.

Each time you gain life, the enchantment's Level 2 ability places a +1/+1 counter on Herd Baloth, which promptly satisfies the beast's condition to birth a 4/4 Green Beast creature token.
