How it works

1. Gain life.
2. Cleric Class triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on Herd Baloth.
3. Herd Baloth triggers, creating a creature token.
4. When the creature token enters the battlefield, Lunarch Veteran triggers, causing you to gain 2 life.
5. Repeat from step 2.

This loop transforms any initial spark of life into an unstoppable cascade of growth, fueled by Cleric Class's static replacement effect which bumps up your life-gaining increments. With Cleric Class leveled up to provide its trigger, every time you gain life, it places a +1/+1 counter onto Herd Baloth. That influx of counters makes Herd Baloth trigger to spawn a 4/4 green Beast token, which in turn causes Lunarch Veteran's front face (or its Luminous Phantom back face) to trigger when the token enters and leaves the battlefield. Because Cleric Class adds an extra point to the life you gain from those events, the cycle becomes self-sustaining and infinitely repeatable, generating boundless tokens, counters, and life.
