How it works

1. Activate Viscera Seer by sacrificing Kitchen Finks.
2. When Kitchen Finks dies, its persist ability triggers, returning Kitchen Finks from your graveyard to the battlefield with a -1/-1 counter on it.
3. When Kitchen Finks enters the battlefield, it triggers, causing you to gain 3 life.
4. Cleric Class triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on Kitchen Finks.
5. Resolve the Viscera Seer ability.
6. Repeat.

This classic loop turns an ordinary life-gaining persist creature into an infinite engine, fueled entirely by the sacrifice outlet Viscera Seer. When Kitchen Finks dies and returns to the battlefield with a -1/-1 counter, its enter-the-battlefield trigger gains you life, which is amplified by Cleric Class's first-level replacement effect. That very same lifegain triggers Level 2 of Cleric Class to place a +1/+1 counter on Kitchen Finks, neutralizing its existing -1/-1 counter through state-based actions so the cycle can repeat indefinitely while letting you scry through your entire deck.
