How it works

1. Gain life.
2. Cleric Class triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on Basking Broodscale.
3. Basking Broodscale triggers, creating a creature token.
4. When the creature token enters the battlefield, Essence Warden triggers, causing you to gain 2 life.
5. Repeat from step 2.

This clever loop uses Cleric Class—leveled up to grant its life-triggered counter-placing ability—to bridge your lifegain and creature generation into a perpetual motion machine. Whenever you trigger a life gain, Cleric Class places a +1/+1 counter on Basking Broodscale, which in turn drops an Eldrazi Spawn token thanks to the Broodscale's innate adaptation-trigger ability. The arrival of that token immediately wakes up Essence Warden, whose passive ETB ability triggers to reward you with life, which feeds right back into Cleric Class to keep the whole cycle spinning infinitely.
