Cleric Class triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on Herd Baloth.
Herd Baloth triggers, creating a creature token and an artifact token.
When the artifact token enters the battlefield, Arbaaz Mir triggers, dealing 1 damage to each opponent and causing you to gain 2 life.
Repeat from step 2.
This loop uses Cleric Class to turn any initial life gain into a +1/+1 counter on Herd Baloth, which in turn triggers Herd Baloth to create a 4/4 Beast token alongside an extra Food token courtesy of Peregrin Took's replacement effect. As that artifact token enters the battlefield, Arbaaz Mir triggers to deal damage to opponents while netting you more life, which feeds right back into Cleric Class to keep the chain going. With infinite life gain and permanent generation humming along, you can even crack your pile of Food tokens using Peregrin Took's activated ability to draw your entire deck.
