Cleric Class triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on Scurry Oak.
Scurry Oak triggers, creating a creature token and an artifact token.
When the artifact token enters the battlefield, Arbaaz Mir triggers, dealing 1 damage to each opponent and causing you to gain 2 life.
Repeat from step 2.
This loop gets its engine running with any initial bit of life gain, which Cleric Class amplifies while simultaneously triggering its Level 2 ability to drop a +1/+1 counter onto Scurry Oak. That counter prompts Scurry Oak's ability to create a creature token, which synergizes with Peregrin Took's replacement effect to generate both that initial token and an extra Food token instead. Every time those tokens hit the battlefield, Arbaaz Mir fires off a ping of damage to each opponent and gains you life, which loops right back into Cleric Class to keep the counters, tokens, and damage flowing infinitely.
