How it works

1. Activate Royal Herbalist by paying 2 and exiling the top card of your library, causing you to gain 2 life.
2. Cleric Class triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on Cryptic Trilobite.
3. Activate Cryptic Trilobite by removing a +1/+1 counter from it, adding CC that can only be spent to activate abilities.
4. Repeat.

This ingenious engine uses Royal Herbalist's ability—fueled by the {C}{C} generated from Cryptic Trilobite—to repeatedly exile the top of your library and net a profit of life. Cleric Class plays a crucial dual role here: its level 1 static ability amplifies your lifegain so the Herbalist yields 2 life instead of 1, while its level 2 triggered ability uses that very lifegain to place a +1/+1 counter right back onto Cryptic Trilobite. Because the Trilobite's mana can be spent to activate abilities, removing its counter to pay for the Herbalist and replacing it with the Cleric Class trigger creates a closed, self-sustaining loop that lets you exile your entire library while gaining near-infinite life along the way.
