How it works

1. Deal damage to Sun-Crowned Hunters.
2. Sun-Crowned Hunters and Repercussion trigger.
3. Resolve the Sun-Crowned Hunters trigger, dealing damage to an applicable target.
4. Resolve the Repercussion trigger, dealing damage to Sun-Crowned Hunters instead of you due to Pariah's Shield.
5. Repeat from step 2.

This loop turns a single initial spark into a devastating chain reaction by weaponizing your own defensive redirection. Once Sun-Crowned Hunters is equipped with Pariah's Shield, any damage it takes is redirected to it instead of you, which simultaneously triggers the dinosaur's enrage ability to strike an opponent and Repercussion to hit its controller. Because Repercussion's resulting damage counts as damage dealt to Sun-Crowned Hunters, Pariah's Shield redirects that blow right back onto the creature, creating a perpetual motion machine that endlessly repeats the cycle until your chosen opponent's life total reaches zero.
