How it works

1. Cast Leveler by paying 5.
2. When Leveler enters the battlefield, it triggers, exiling your library.
3. During your next upkeep step, activate Timestream Navigator by paying 2, tapping it and putting it on the bottom of your library, causing you to take an extra turn after this one.
4. Move to your draw step, drawing Timestream Navigator from your library.
5. Cast Timestream Navigator by paying 1.
6. Repeat from step 3 each turn.
