How it works

1. During your draw step, The Locust God triggers, creating a 1/1 Insect creature token with flying and haste.
2. Activate Timestream Navigator by paying 2, tapping it and putting it on the bottom of your library, causing you to take an extra turn after this one.
3. Activate Jalira by paying 2, tapping it and sacrificing the Insect, causing you to reveal Timestream Navigator and put it onto the battlefield.
4. Repeat each turn.

This ingenious loop grants you infinite turns by recycling a single creature through your library. With the city's blessing achieved, you activate Timestream Navigator to take an extra turn, placing itself on the bottom of your library in the process. During your draw step, The Locust God triggers to create a flying Insect token, giving you fresh sacrifice fodder for Jalira, Master Polymorphist. You then tap Jalira to sacrifice that Insect token, guaranteeing you hit Timestream Navigator off the top to restart the cycle anew.
