How it works

1. Activate Timestream Navigator by paying 2, tapping and putting it on the bottom of your library, causing you to take an extra turn after this one.
2. Deal combat damage to an opponent with Meneldor.
3. Meneldor triggers, blinking Forerunner of the Coalition.
4. Forerunner of the Coalition enters, triggering its first ability, causing you to search your library for Timestream Navigator and put it on top of your library.
5. Move to your next turn, drawing Timestream Navigator during your draw phase.
6. Cast Timestream Navigator by paying 1.
7. Timestream Navigator enters the battlefield, triggering Forerunner of the Coalition's second ability, causing each opponent to lose 1 life.
8. Repeat.

This clever loop gives you all the extra turns you could ever want by constantly recycling Timestream Navigator straight from your library back to your hand. Once you've earned the city's blessing, you can sacrifice Timestream Navigator to take an extra turn, while Meneldor, Swift Savior does double duty by dealing combat damage and blinking Forerunner of the Coalition. Every time that Forerunner of the Coalition re-enters the battlefield, its enters-the-battlefield trigger tutors Timestream Navigator right to the top of your library so you can draw and recast it on your extra turn, incidentally draining away your opponents' life totals with its second ability along the way.
