How it works

1. Give Timestream Navigator haste, if needed.
2. Activate Timestream Navigator by paying 2, tapping and putting it on the bottom of your library, causing you to take an extra turn after this one.
3. Activate Lilysplash Mentor by paying 1, blinking Forerunner of the Coalition.
4. When Forerunner of the Coalition enters the battlefield, its first ability triggers, causing you to search your library for Timestream Navigator and put it on top of your library.
5. Move to your next turn, drawing Timestream Navigator during your draw phase.
6. Cast Timestream Navigator by paying 1.
7. When Timestream Navigator enters the battlefield, Forerunner of the Coalition's second ability triggers, causing each opponent to lose 1 life.
8. Repeat.

This loop hinges on a clever recycling engine that trades mana for infinite turns and inevitable life loss. Once you have the city's blessing, Timestream Navigator can sacrifice itself to buy you an extra turn, while Lilysplash Mentor provides the repeatable blink effect needed to exile and return Forerunner of the Coalition to the battlefield. Every time Forerunner of the Coalition re-enters, its tutor ability finds Timestream Navigator and places it right on top of your library so you can draw and cast it on your next turn. Meanwhile, Forerunner of the Coalition's triggered ability ensures your opponents slowly bleed out with every single iteration.
