How it works

1. At the beginning of your end step, Teleportation Circle triggers, blinking Timestream Navigator.
2. If you don't have the city's blessing, Timesteam Navigator trigges, causing you to get the city's blessing.
3. When Timestream Navigator enters the battlefield, Inalla triggers, causing you to pay 1 to create a token copy of Timestream Navigator with haste.
4. Activate the Timestream Navigator token by paying 2, tapping it and putting it on the bottom of your library, causing you to take an extra turn after this one.
5. Repeat each turn.

This clever loop locks down endless extra turns by continuously recycling Timestream Navigator with the help of Teleportation Circle's end-step blink. As the Navigator enters, Inalla, Archmage Ritualist steps in with her eminence ability to instantly generate a hasty token copy for a single mana. Because the token is already on the battlefield and you have the city's blessing active, you can immediately activate the token's ability to take another turn, while Teleportation Circle safely resets the original card to repeat the process indefinitely.
