How it works

1. Cast TImestream Navigator by paying 1, plus an additional 2 for its offspring cost.
2. If you control ten or more permanents and don't have the city's blessing, Timestream Navigator gives you the city's blessing.
3. When Timestream Navigator enters the battlefield, it triggers, creating a token copy of it that is 1/1.
4. If you control ten or more permanents and don't have the city's blessing, the Timestream Navigator token gives you the city's blessing.
5. At the beginning of your combat phase, Determined Iteration triggers, creating a copy of the Timestream Navigator token with haste.
6. If you control ten or more permanents and don't have the city's blessing, the Timestream Navigator token gives you the city's blessing.
7. Activate the Timestream Navigator token from step 5 by paying 2, tapping it and putting it from the battlefield onto the bottom of your library, causing you to take an extra turn after this one.
8. Repeat steps 5 and 7 during each following turn.

This fascinating loop takes full advantage of Zinnia, Valley's Voice by giving creature spells you cast the offspring mechanic, allowing you to pay an extra {2} to instantly generate a 1/1 token copy whenever you cast Timestream Navigator. Once you have achieved the city's blessing—which Timestream Navigator naturally helps secure by stacking up permanents—you can untap into your combat phase where Determined Iteration steps in to populate that token with haste. You then activate the newly copied Timestream Navigator token to take an extra turn, shuffling it away while leaving your original cast safely in reserve to repeat the cycle indefinitely.
