How it works

1. Activate Timestream Navigator by paying 2, tapping it and putting it from the battlefield onto the bottom of your library, causing you to take an extra turn after this one.
2. Blink Recruiter of the Guard using Abuelo.
3. When Recruiter of the Guard enters, it triggers, searching your library for Timestream Navigator and putting it into your hand.
4. Cast Timestream Navigator by paying 1.
5. Repeat each turn.

This loop secures infinite turns by continuously recycling Timestream Navigator straight from your library back to your hand and field. Once you have achieved the city's blessing, Timestream Navigator's activation grants you an extra turn while tucking itself away, which is where Recruiter of the Guard steps in; by having Abuelo, Ancestral Echo blink Recruiter of the Guard upon your return, you can reliably tutor Timestream Navigator back into your hand to recast it on the subsequent turn.
