How it works

1. During the end step prior to your turn, activate Jalira by paying 2, tapping it and sacrificing another creature, revealing Timestream Navigator from your library and putting it onto the battlefield.
2. If you don't have the city's blessing, Timestream Navigator gives you the city's blessing.
3. During your turn, create at least one creature token.
4. Activate Timestream Navigator by paying 2, tapping it and putting it from the battlefield onto the bottom of your library, causing you to take an extra turn after this one.
5. Activate Jalira by paying 2, tapping it and sacrificing another creature, revealing Timestream Navigator from your library and putting it onto the battlefield.
6. Repeat from step 3 each turn.
