How it works

1. At the beginning of your combat phase, Admiral Brass triggers, returning Timestream Navigator from your graveyard to the battlefield with a finality counter on it, and giving it haste.
2. If you don't have the city's blessing, Timestream Navigator gives you the city's blessing.
3. Activate Timestream Navigator by paying 2, tapping it and putting it on the bottom of your library from the battlefield, causing you to take an extra turn after this one.
4. Activate Cellar Door by paying 3 and tapping it, searching your library for Timestream Navigator, putting it into your graveyard and creating a 2/2 Zombie creature token.
5. Repeat each turn.

This clever engine loops extra turns by continually recycling Timestream Navigator from the graveyard back to the battlefield. Once you have achieved the city's blessing, Admiral Brass, Unsinkable resurrects Timestream Navigator at the start of combat with haste, allowing it to activate its ability and place itself on the bottom of your library. From there, Cellar Door digs that exact card back out of your library and dumps it directly into your graveyard—while conveniently generating a 2/2 Zombie creature token along the way—setting it up perfectly for Admiral Brass, Unsinkable to bring it back all over again on your next turn.
