How it works
Activate Skirge Familiar by discarding a land card.
Slogurk triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on it.
Repeat from step 1 two additional times.
Activate Slogurk by removing three +1/+1 counters from it, returning it from the battlefield to your hand.
When Slogurk leaves the battlefield, it triggers, returning three land cards from your graveyard to your hand.
Cast Slogurk by paying E due to Primal Prayers.
When Slogurk enters, Aetherstorm Roc triggers, causing you to get E.
Repeat.
This ingenious loop turns your graveyard into a self-sustaining engine by letting Skirge Familiar convert discarded land cards into black mana while fueling Slogurk, the Overslime with +1/+1 counters. Once Slogurk bounces itself by removing those counters, its leaves-the-battlefield trigger conveniently puts those exact same lands right back into your hand to be discarded all over again. Primal Prayers neatly bypasses Slogurk's normal mana cost using energy, while Aetherstorm Roc effortlessly replenishes that energy supply every single time Slogurk re-enters the battlefield.
