How it works
Activate Noose Constrictor by discarding a land card.
Slogurk triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on it.
Resolve the Noose Constrictor ability.
Repeat from step 1 two additional times.
Activate Slogurk by removing three +1/+1 counters from it, returning it from the battlefield to your hand.
When Slogurk leaves the battlefield, it triggers, returning three land cards from your graveyard to your hand.
Cast Slogurk by paying E due to Primal Prayers.
When Slogurk enters, Decoction Module triggers, causing you to get E.
Repeat.
This clever loop turns your graveyard into a perpetual engine by using Noose Constrictor to continuously pitch land cards, which in turn feed Slogurk, the Overslime with the +1/+1 counters it needs to bounce itself back to your hand. When Slogurk leaves the battlefield, its triggered ability swoops in to retrieve those discarded lands, readying them to fuel the cycle all over again. Meanwhile, Decoction Module converts Slogurk's repeated entries into a steady stream of energy, which Primal Prayers happily spends to recast Slogurk for a mere single energy without paying its mana cost.
